  • All data and materials provided by you remain your property. We claim no ownership over client data.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are due as agreed in proposals, invoices, or contracts.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Upfront deposits or retainers, if required, are non-refundable.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services, and may be subject to interest charges.

6. Scope of Work & Revisions

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for deliverables created specifically for them.

  • Our trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials may not be used without written permission.

  • We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or downtime of these third-party services.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 9pixels, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Materials or data you provide that infringe on the rights of others.

  • Your misuse of our services.

  • Any violation of laws or regulations in connection with your use of our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, internet outages, or labor disputes.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for fees for work already completed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
